These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of adx, the advertising exchange operated by theaimart. By creating an account or using our services you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our policies.
Acceptable use
Publishers must own or have rights to the inventory they monetize and must not generate invalid traffic, place ads on prohibited content, or attempt to manipulate the auction. Advertisers must comply with applicable advertising laws and provide lawful, non-deceptive creatives. We may remove inventory or campaigns that violate these rules.
Payments and payouts
Advertisers pay for impressions won in the auction, and publishers earn a share of the resulting revenue, payable once the minimum threshold is met via supported payout methods. Earnings attributable to invalid traffic or policy violations may be withheld or reversed.
Intellectual property
adx and theaimart retain all rights to the platform, software and brand. You retain rights to your own content and creatives and grant us the license needed to operate the services.
Disclaimers and liability
The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, theaimart is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the services.
